What You’ll Do
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration needs and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions
Design, build, and test integrations between cloud and on-premise systems using low-code/no-code and traditional development tools
Configure and support APIs, data mappings, and workflow automations
Support Workday integrations using tools like Workday Studio (if applicable to your background)
Troubleshoot and optimize integrations to ensure reliability and performance
Work with external partners and vendors to improve API access and integration capabilities
Participate in code reviews and help establish integration best practices
What We’re Looking For
We’re open to candidates with various backgrounds, as long as you bring strong problem-solving skills, a technical mindset, and a willingness to learn. You may be a great fit if you have experience with some of the following:
Integration platforms (e.g., Workato, Tray.io, Logic Apps, Boomi, Zapier, Mulesoft)
REST APIs and webhooks
Data transformation and mapping
JSON, XML, or other structured data formats
Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Agile development processes and collaboration tools
Bonus Points For
Experience with any of the following areas or platforms:
HRIS / HCM platforms like Workday, Dayforce (Ceridian), SuccessFactors, ADP, Namely, or Zoho People
ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira
Business platforms including Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot, Stripe, Office 365, Azure DevOps, and Slack
Experience with finance/tax platforms like Thomson Reuters, Wolters Kluwer CCH, or GoSystems
