What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration needs and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions

• Design, build, and test integrations between cloud and on-premise systems using low-code/no-code and traditional development tools

• Configure and support APIs, data mappings, and workflow automations

• Support Workday integrations using tools like Workday Studio (if applicable to your background)

• Troubleshoot and optimize integrations to ensure reliability and performance

• Work with external partners and vendors to improve API access and integration capabilities

• Participate in code reviews and help establish integration best practices

What We’re Looking For

We’re open to candidates with various backgrounds, as long as you bring strong problem-solving skills, a technical mindset, and a willingness to learn. You may be a great fit if you have experience with some of the following:

• Integration platforms (e.g., Workato, Tray.io, Logic Apps, Boomi, Zapier, Mulesoft)

• REST APIs and webhooks

• Data transformation and mapping

• JSON, XML, or other structured data formats

• Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

• Agile development processes and collaboration tools

Bonus Points For

Experience with any of the following areas or platforms:

• HRIS / HCM platforms like Workday, Dayforce (Ceridian), SuccessFactors, ADP, Namely, or Zoho People

• ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira

• Business platforms including Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot, Stripe, Office 365, Azure DevOps, and Slack

• Experience with finance/tax platforms like Thomson Reuters, Wolters Kluwer CCH, or GoSystems
