We are seeking a HubSpot & SQL Integration Specialist who can design, implement, and optimize automated workflows across our platforms. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, process thinking, and problem-solving skills to ensure data integrity, workflow efficiency, and seamless integrations between HubSpot, SQL databases, and related systems.
Workflow Automation
Build, optimize, and maintain HubSpot workflows for marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
Ensure automations reduce manual work and improve pipeline visibility.
Database & Integration Management
Manage and maintain SQL databases, ensuring clean, reliable, and accessible data.
Develop integrations that connect HubSpot with SQL and other internal/external platforms.
Ensure smooth data syncing between systems, reducing duplication and errors.
Process Optimization
Identify bottlenecks in current processes and propose automation solutions.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues with integrations or workflows.
Provide reporting and insights that improve decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand their needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
Document workflows, integrations, and system configurations for transparency and knowledge-sharing.
Proven experience with HubSpot workflows (marketing, sales, service).
Strong proficiency in SQL (queries, database management, reporting).
Experience with API-based integrations and middleware tools (e.g., Zapier, Integromat, Workato, or custom solutions).
Solid understanding of CRM best practices and data hygiene.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
Experience with other CRMs or marketing automation tools.
Background in financial services or fintech.
