As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing client networks, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.   What you will be doing
• Lead and execute network infrastructure projects successfully, from planning through to implementation.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain high-performance firewalls, routing, NAT, and VPNs (Site-to Site/Point-to-Site).
• Provide Tier 2/3 support, assisting clients onsite when necessary, with compensation for travel.
• Maintain robust documentation for strategic IT planning purposes, while optimizing and monitoring network systems for security and performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and update skills to capitalize on IT trends.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients to ensure service excellence.

• Expert in configuring and troubleshooting network appliances and protocols including firewalls, routing, NAT, VPNs, SNMP, and SYSLOG.
• Strong experience working in cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Competent with technologies such as Juniper network equipment and Hyper-V.
• Experience with VMWare and ConnectWise Products is advantageous.
• Hold certifications like CCNA or JNCIA-Junos, which will further bolster your credentials.
• Previous IT services environment exposure is beneficial.
