We are looking for a Technical Marketing Engineer who sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and marketing. This role is responsible for translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, and technically accurate messaging that supports go-to-market efforts, sales enablement, and customer adoption. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to create technical content, demos, proof-of-concepts, and enablement materials that clearly articulate the value of our solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a technical subject-matter expert for marketing and go-to-market initiatives
Translate complex product features, architectures, and workflows into clear, customer-focused technical messaging
Create and maintain technical content including:
○ Solution briefs, whitepapers, and technical blogs
○ Architecture diagrams and technical documentation
○ Demo scripts, sample applications, and POCs
Support sales and solutions teams with technical presentations, product demos, and pre-sales technical discussions
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to stay aligned on:
○ Product roadmap
○ New feature releases
○ Technical limitations and differentiators
Gather feedback from customers, prospects, and field teams to continuously improve technical messaging and positioning
Assist in competitive analysis from a technical differentiation standpoint
Support product launches by developing technical launch assets and enablement materials
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience
3–6+ years of experience in a technical role such as:
○ Software Engineer
○ Solutions Engineer / Architect
○ Developer Advocate
○ Technical Consultant
Strong understanding of software development concepts, APIs, and system architecture
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience creating technical documentation, demos, or developer-focused content
Familiarity with SaaS products, cloud-native architectures, and modern web technologies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including:
Cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or data services
Background in DevOps, CI/CD, containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience building or maintaining sample apps, SDKs, or APIs
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, data platforms, or analytics tools
Experience with product launches, sales enablement, or field engineering
Public-facing experience such as:
Technical blogging
Speaking at meetups, webinars, or conferences
Knowledge of marketing tools (CMS, analytics, SEO) from a technical perspective
Experience working in B2B or enterprise SaaS environments
