About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable Full Stack React Developer to join a small, collaborative team. This role plays a key part in evolving a leadership development platform, with strong emphasis on performance, scalability, and user experience. Candidates who can work overlapping US business hours are preferred, though exceptional candidates with partial overlap will also be considered.

• Design, build, and maintain robust user-facing features using ReactJS

• Architect and optimize scalable backend systems and data models using PostgreSQL

• Develop responsive, consistent, and modern interfaces using Tailwind CSS
