The ideal candidate is also highly knowledgeable in LinkedIn, understands what performs well on the platform, and can create content that drives engagement and thought leadership.
Conduct interviews with internal stakeholders, clients, or industry experts to gather insights and stories
Transform interviews into high-quality written content such as LinkedIn posts, articles, blogs, and thought leadership pieces
Write clear, engaging, and well-structured content tailored to professional audiences
Manage and optimize content specifically for LinkedIn, following best practices for reach and engagement
Adapt tone and messaging to align with brand voice and audience
Collaborate with team members to refine messaging and content strategy
Support LinkedIn outreach initiatives by sending strategic connection requests on behalf of leadership
Craft thoughtful, professional LinkedIn messages to initiate conversations and book introductory meetings for the sales team
Work closely with leadership to align outreach messaging with content strategy and business goals
Track outreach activity and responses to continuously refine messaging and approach
Strong interviewing and listening skills with the ability to extract key insights
Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to clarity and flow
Proven experience creating content for LinkedIn (personal or brand pages)
Strong understanding of LinkedIn content formats, algorithms, and engagement strategies
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple content pieces
Experience with personal branding or executive thought leadership content
Background in B2B or professional services content
Familiarity with content planning and analytics on LinkedIn
