About the Project
CoDev's client is embarking on an exciting project within the logistics industry, leveraging modern technology to enhance our service delivery. This project involves developing and maintaining a robust system hosted on a Lucee 5.3.8 ColdFusion server, in addition to integrating with various cloud-hosted solutions such as Microsoft SQL Server on AWS.

About the Role
As a Senior ColdFusion Developer, you will play a critical role in our technical team, driving the development of key project components. Your expertise will support the infrastructure that is vital for client's operations, ensuring seamless function and integration of our systems. Your contributions will significantly impact our capacity to deliver industry-leading services.

What you will be doing

• Develop and maintain robust ColdFusion applications leveraging Lucee.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap into our projects.
• Utilize tools such as Eclipse IDE, Visual Studio Code, and BitBucket to manage code and deployments.
• Engage in agile project management using JIRA to track progress and collaborate with team members.
• Implement solutions using Docker Desktop for containerization across the development lifecycle.
  
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Expert knowledge in ColdFusion development and application hosting.
• Strong experience in JavaScript and jQuery.
• Proficient in web development languages including HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
• Comprehensive understanding of AWS infrastructure and Microsoft SQL Server.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Familiarity with other programming languages or frameworks used with Lucee.
• Experience with cloud services and infrastructure management on AWS.
• Knowledge in using collaboration tools like BitBucket and JIRA.
• Docker expertise to streamline development and deployment workflows.
• Certifications in AWS or ColdFusion could be beneficial.
