The Subscription Specialist is responsible for managing subscription services, which include data entry, processing subscription cancellations, and handling product changes. The role requires precision, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Perform data entry tasks, including processing subscription cancellations and managing product changes.
Maintain and update accurate customer records in internal systems.
Address subscription-related inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of subscription adjustments.
Assist in identifying and improving processes for subscription management.
Handle complex and high-level, escalated inquiries from customers.
Work with Customer Service tools to resolve customer issues and set up customer appointments using Salesforce, Client's Suite’s Advisor Admin, Knowledge base
Gather and record customer feedback to improve processes.
Regularly review work logs, customer feedback with supervisors and colleagues to identify and act on improvement opportunities.
At least 2+ years experience as a Customer Service Representative or a similar field
Bachelor’s Degree holder or equivalent
Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment with less supervision
Willing to work on-site and within the night shift in our Cebu or Bacolod office
