We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Business Analyst to bridge customer requirements, solution design, and delivery execution.

 

This role operates at the intersection of business value, technical feasibility, and customer experience, ensuring projects are clearly defined, properly scoped, and delivered with measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate understands cloud transformation, AI-enabled workflows, and professional services environments — and thrives in high-growth, structured execution models.

Core Responsibilities

1. Discovery & Requirements Management

• Lead structured discovery sessions with customers and internal stakeholders
• Translate business objectives into functional and technical requirements
• Document epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows
• Develop BRDs, PRDs, and process maps
• Identify dependencies, constraints, and integration points

 

2. Product Ownership & Backlog Management

• Own and prioritize product/project backlog
• Convert SOW into sprint-ready deliverables
• Define MVP vs Phase 2 scope
• Ensure alignment between scope, timeline, and budget
• Drive sprint planning and grooming sessions

 

3. AI & Cloud Enablement (Preferred)

• Translate AI use cases into deployable solutions
• Define user journeys for AI agents, automation, and cloud migrations
• Help shape adoption, change management, and measurable ROI

 

Quality & Value Assurance

• Define acceptance criteria and validation metrics
• Support UAT and client sign-off
• Track outcomes against expected business value
• Reduce scope creep via structured change control

Qualifications

Required:

• 5+ years experience as Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role
• Experience in SaaS, Cloud, or IT Professional Services environments
• Strong documentation and process mapping skills
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Asana, or equivalent

Preferred:

• Experience with Google Cloud, Workspace, AI solutions, or enterprise SaaS
• Exposure to AI agent workflows or automation platforms
