About the Role
We’re looking for a Shopify & Marketing Technology Manager to help us optimize every click, every funnel, and every customer experience on our eCommerce site.
This role combines Shopify optimization, CRO, marketing technology management, and customer data strategy. You’ll improve our online performance, refine the tools that power our marketing engine, and help build the data and automation foundation that allows us to market more intelligently over time.
A key part of this role will be helping us harness the power of AI across both customer-facing funnels and internal marketing operations. That includes identifying opportunities to use AI to improve segmentation, personalization, reporting, workflow efficiency, testing, and decision-making. You’ll also play an important role in helping us build a more comprehensive, connected customer database that can power stronger marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, and optimization across channels.
You’ll wear multiple hats — part marketer, part analyst, part systems builder, part problem-solver — and play a key role in bringing our mission to life through smarter, faster, more connected systems.
