The client is migrating its broker-dealer microsites to a new HubSpot build. We need a full-time project manager to own the day-to-day execution of that migration, from inventory through QA and launch. You will work closely with the client's Marketing team and use Claude as a daily tool to move faster on documentation, content review, and QA.
What you will do
Own the migration plan for all microsites, including the page inventory, build sequence, timelines, and status tracking
Create and maintain tasks, owners, and due dates in ClickUp, and flag anything at risk each week
Coordinate hand-offs with the HubSpot specialist, design, and compliance reviewers, and follow up so work keeps moving without chasing from our side
Use Claude to draft and check page copy, compare old and new pages for accuracy, and produce migration checklists and status updates
Support light HubSpot work: page builds from templates, content updates, link and form checks, and publishing coordination
Run QA on each migrated site (content accuracy, links, forms, mobile, tracking) and log issues through to resolution
Keep project documentation current and send a concise weekly progress report
What you bring
Required
Proven project management experience with multiple parallel deliverables and firm deadlines
Hands-on experience using Claude or similar AI assistants in daily work
Working knowledge of HubSpot (editing pages, modules, forms, and templates)
Strong written English and a sharp eye for copy errors
Comfort with ClickUp, Google Workspace, and Slack, or the ability to learn them quickly
Preferred
Website or CMS migration experience
Basic HTML and QA experience
Familiarity with regulated industries such as financial services, where compliance review steps apply
Experience with Notion
Working model
Full-time, reporting to the Product Marketing team. Some overlap with US Eastern working hours is required for check-ins.
What success looks like
All microsites are migrated, QA'd, and approved on schedule
The team always knows project status without having to ask
Issues are caught and logged before launch, not after
